I can write virtually anything I want in this space. Opine on a range of things. Politics, business, people, culture, etc. Some people can't. In fact most on this planet do not have this freedom.
Eternal thanks to those who came before me and sacrificed everything for the ideology we live under today. A bloc of countries came together not once, but twice to beat down tyranny, discrimination and oppression. Our society is not perfect, but there is always room for debate and change. There has been so much in the news about countries that do not have this and the quality of life for their citizens is not there.
In closing I just want to give a big "Fuck you" (because I can) to all the folks out there who have no clue. Get your heads out of your retarded App store, video games, chat rooms and your Large Frappawhatever and into a book. If you're <40 you probably have no clue about WWI and what sacrifices were made, who the enemy was, etc. There's not many vets left. It's not as Hollywood as the Nazis you know. We wear the poppy as a symbol of remembrance, but most are just going through the motions. Ignorance on some issues is inexcusable, especially when you have the right to read the history.
